Recycled wooden pallets are a much more cost-effective product compared to new pallets.

They are also more environmentally friendly, as less carbon is emitted during the repair process compared to a new pallet. Less trees need to be cut down as well to build a recycled pallet.

Reconditioned pallets are repaired through processes such as replacing deckboards, inserting staples to reinforce stringers, and adding companion stringers. Remanufactured pallets are pallets built from used and new components. They also have the ability to be custom made.

Chicos’s Pallets recycles wooden pallets of all shapes and sizes. The most common sizes Chicos’s Pallets recycles are 48×40, 48×45, 48×40, and 36×36.

Pallets can be recycled by the truck-load. The exact amount of pallets can vary depending on the size of the pallets. Usually, this is around 450 at a time.
